Yet below Tokyo's glittering lights and innocence lay a Heaven only few could enjoy.
Unknown to the outside world, Tokyo's streets were getting harsher. Crime was always an issue, bodies were mounting up in the guise of the night, and drugs were so common it was difficult to find a sober human. There was one word which came to mind whilst witnessing the city falter.
Yakuza.
Since his power, the 6th Kumi-cho of the Yamaguchi-Gumi, Atsushi 'Jaguar' Sakurai has kept the world around him working as he wants. The members of the Yamaguchi-Gumi, all incredibly loyal to Jaguar, wrecked havoc upon the darker streets of the illuminated city as the government's police forces attempted to bring them under control and gangs fought back for their own control.
However, change began to sweep across Japan. A new Prime Minister was elected, one who promised the beginning of a new era in history, a new future for Japan.With this new future came new threats to the yakuza and gangs in the form of a larger, more-powerful police force backed by the military.
